What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care primarily (95%), with some hospital consultations (5%)
• Manage an average of 22 patient visits per day, including new consults
• Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
• Support the transition from locum to permanent employment, if desired
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

What You Need

• Active Kentucky medical license or eligibility
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology & Oncology
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
