• Setting: OP
• Patient Volume: 14
• Required Procedures:  

  Physicians in this role will primarily treat prostate cancer, while also managing other malignancies referred from external providers, including conditions such as:

  • Bladder cancer
  • Kidney cancer
  • Testicular cancer
  • Gastrointestinal cancers
  • Lung cancer
  • Breast cancer
  • Brain and spinal tumors
  • Head and neck cancers
  • Skin cancers

• APP Support/Supervision: 

  Our Plano cancer center offers comprehensive oncology services in a single location, including:

  • Radiation Oncology
  • Medical Oncology on-site
  • PET/CT imaging on-site
  • Collaborative care teams supporting oncology patients

• EMR: NextGen
• Client Requirements:
• Travel Accommodations: will do full travel

• Pay Rate:
• Bill Rate: $2300/day (they wish to attempt to be here, can adjust if needed)
• Name Clear Process: Not required
• Sub Process: Submit to Shelley, will review and send to CEO to establish next steps for PIV.
