• Immediate need, full-time or part-time positions available

• 22 patients per 8-hour shift
• 36 clinic hours and 4 admin hours per week
• 4-hour telehealth shift option available
• 2 medical assistants per provider plus on-site nurse
• Board certification in internal or family medicine required
• DEA license required
