• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only; no nights or weekends; provider assigned to one site per day
• Job Setting: Outpatient clinic with daytime inpatient consults (first-call only)
• Types of Cases: Hematology/Oncology—outpatient evaluations/follow-ups and daytime inpatient consults
• Credentialing: 60 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: N/A for physicians—NPs only. Active national NP certification (ANCC/AANP) required.
• Licensure: Active California NP license (required).
