About the Position

An excellent opportunity is available for a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in Gulfport, Mississippi. The physician will evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and coordinate specialty referrals, hospital transitions, and post-acute care services to ensure continuity of care for patients.

This role supports a value-based, team-oriented care model with strong clinical support from advanced practice providers, pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and medical assistants. Physicians play a key role in clinical decision-making, patient education, and quality outcome improvement, helping deliver high-quality care while maintaining a balanced patient workload.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Outpatient clinical care

• Dedicated administrative/charting time

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine

• Active and unrestricted DEA license

• Eligible for Mississippi Medical License

• Medicare and Medicaid provider eligibility
