About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join a collaborative healthcare team providing comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, and routine primary care services to adult patients in Mobile, Alabama. The physician will evaluate and treat patients, manage ongoing medical conditions, and coordinate specialty referrals, hospital services, skilled nursing facility care, and home health support when required.

This opportunity offers a team-based care environment where physicians work closely with advanced practice providers, pharmacists, care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and medical assistants. The role focuses on high-quality patient outcomes, value-based care delivery, and strong clinical documentation, allowing providers to spend meaningful time with patients while maintaining efficient workflows.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Outpatient clinical setting

• Dedicated administrative/charting time

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine

• Active and unrestricted DEA license

• Eligible for Alabama Medical License

• Medicare and Medicaid provider eligibility
