• Types of Cases: XR, CT, MR, US; Subspecialty case mix: MSK, Mammo Screens, Neuro, Mammo Diag Proc; CT perfusion and MRI Spine
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified
• Certifications: DEA 
• Licensure: Active Florida license required
