About the Position

I wanted to reach out with a unique leadership opportunity for Family Practice physicians in the Pittsburgh area. This role allows you to manage clinic operations as Assistant CMO while continuing to see patients.

Role Highlights:

• 3-month locum with option to convert to permanent

• 5-day schedule, with flexible call (0–8 shifts)

• Guide clinic operations and administrative projects

• Work with experienced support staff and EPIC EMR

• Serve a large, diverse patient panel (21,000 patients of all ages)

• Gain hands-on leadership experience in a supportive setting

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Practice

• 3–5 years clinical experience

• Director or leadership experience preferred
