About the Position

A respected healthcare organization in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Hematology & Oncology Physician to provide specialized care for patients with blood disorders and cancer. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on delivering advanced and compassionate cancer care.

The physician will diagnose and manage a wide range of hematologic conditions and malignancies, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Responsibilities include prescribing and managing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other advanced treatment modalities, while closely monitoring patient progress and treatment outcomes.

In this role, the physician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include medical specialists, surgeons, oncology nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Coordinating comprehensive cancer care ensures patients receive integrated treatment and supportive services throughout their care journey.

Qualification

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
  • Experience diagnosing and managing hematologic disorders and cancers
  • Knowledge of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted cancer treatments
  • Ability to develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
