About the Position
A respected healthcare organization in Ohio is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Hospitalist to provide comprehensive inpatient care for pediatric patients. This role focuses on managing hospitalized children and ensuring coordinated, high-quality treatment throughout their hospital stay.
The Pediatric Hospitalist will oversee patient admissions, develop and manage treatment plans, and guide the discharge process while ensuring continuity of care. Physicians will work closely with pediatric subspecialists, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals to provide effective, patient-centered treatment.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the physician will maintain clear communication with families, ensuring they understand their child’s condition, treatment options, and care plan. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative hospital environment that prioritizes patient safety, quality care, and positive health outcomes for children.

Qualification
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Experience in inpatient pediatric care preferred
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing pediatric medical conditions
- Ability to manage patient admissions, treatment plans, and discharges
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with families and healthcare teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with pediatric subspecialists and nursing staff
