About the Position

A healthcare organization in Lima, Ohio is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon Physician to provide surgical and non-surgical care for musculoskeletal injuries and disorders. The physician will perform orthopedic procedures, treat fractures, joint injuries, and degenerative conditions, and collaborate with rehabilitation teams for post-surgical recovery.

Responsibilities include managing inpatient and outpatient surgical cases, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Inpatient surgical and outpatient clinic coverage

• On-call participation as required

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified/Eligible – Orthopedic Surgery

• Ohio Medical License or eligibility

• DEA Certification (if required)

• Strong clinical & teamwork skills
