About the Position

A healthcare organization in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Hematology & Oncology Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients with blood disorders and cancer. The physician will diagnose and manage hematologic conditions and malignancies, develop chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary cancer care, providing outpatient and inpatient consultations, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. The physician will work closely with oncology teams and supportive care specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient oncology care

• On-call participation as required

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified/Eligible – Hematology & Oncology

• Ohio Medical License or eligibility

• DEA Certification (if required)

• Strong clinical & teamwork skills
