About the Position

A healthcare organization in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Gastroenterologist Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients with digestive system disorders. The physician will diagnose, manage, and treat conditions such as GERD, IBS, liver disease, and pancreatitis, while performing procedures including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy.

Responsibilities include providing outpatient consultations, collaborating with surgical teams as needed, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. The role combines procedure-based and clinical gastroenterology care in a collaborative hospital setting.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Mix of outpatient and procedural care

• On-call participation as required

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified/Eligible – Gastroenterology

• Ohio Medical License or eligibility

• DEA Certification (if required)

• Strong clinical & teamwork skills
