About the Position

A healthcare organization in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Pediatrician Physician to provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents across inpatient and outpatient settings. The physician will deliver wellness exams, developmental screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care, while diagnosing and treating common pediatric illnesses.

Responsibilities include educating families on child health, coordinating care with specialists, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. The physician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Mix of clinic and hospital coverage

• On-call participation as required

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified/Eligible – Pediatrics

• Ohio Medical License or eligibility

• DEA Certification (if required)

• Strong clinical & teamwork skills
