About the Position

A leading healthcare system in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care focused on diagnosis, evaluation, and medical management of heart disease using non-invasive diagnostic techniques. The physician will work in both inpatient consultation and outpatient clinical settings, managing a diverse cardiac patient population.

Responsibilities include interpreting EKGs, stress tests, echocardiograms, and Holter monitoring, while treating conditions such as heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease. The role involves collaboration with interventional cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and multidisciplinary care teams, along with maintaining accurate EMR documentation and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Mix of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic coverage

• On-call participation as required by the department

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology

• Valid Ohio Medical License or eligibility

• DEA Certification (if applicable)

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Clean professional record with no license red flags
