About the Position

An excellent locum opportunity for a Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist is available in Pennsylvania. This assignment offers a structured weekday schedule with a mix of clinic and hospital-based procedures, providing the opportunity to work with a collaborative cardiovascular team.

This role is ideal for physicians experienced in advanced electrophysiology procedures who are looking for short-term coverage blocks throughout the spring and early summer.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Clinic and Hospital
Start: Upon completion of credentialing
Temporary privileges available

June 8 – June 12

🏥 Clinical Responsibilities

The physician will perform and manage a variety of electrophysiology procedures, including:

Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter ablations
Pacemaker implantation and management
Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) procedures
Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) ablations
Tilt table testing
Biventricular device implantation and management

Providers will also collaborate with cardiology teams in both outpatient clinic and hospital settings.

Requirements

Board Certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Active Pennsylvania medical license preferred
Strong experience performing electrophysiology procedures

Credentialing

Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90–120 days
