Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Opportunity - Central Illinois$880K Base | $1M+ Potential | Immediate Spine Volume

Join a respected healthcare system in Central Illinois seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to help expand its established spine service line. Due to significant patient demand, the practice currently has a one-year waitlist for new spine patients, providing an incoming surgeon with immediate volume and the opportunity to quickly build a thriving practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• $880,485 guaranteed base salary
• $1M+ earning potential
• $75,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule & Practice Details

• Approximately 2 OR days, 2.5 clinic days, and 1 split day per week
• ER call approximately 10 days per month
• Call coverage focused on ER responsibilities and your own patient panel
