About the Position

The Hospitalist will manage inpatient admissions, patient evaluations, daily rounds, and discharge planning, working closely with nursing staff, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams. Key Responsibilities

• Manage hospital admissions and inpatient care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA registration
• Previous hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills
