An excellent locum opportunity for a Family Practice physician is available in an outpatient primary care setting in Southern Virginia. This role offers a balanced schedule of three days per week, making it ideal for physicians seeking flexibility while maintaining meaningful patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted medical license (Virginia preferred or ability to obtain)
  • Active DEA registration
  • Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
