About the Position

A respected hospital-based anesthesia team in Wyandotte, Michigan is seeking two experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an urgent locum coverage opportunity. This high-priority assignment is designed to support the anesthesia department during staffing vacancies and leave coverage.

This role offers a structured hospital-based anesthesia practice where CRNAs work within a supervised anesthesia care model, collaborating closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams. Providers will deliver anesthesia services for adult and geriatric surgical patients across a variety of general surgical procedures.

The position features consistent weekday scheduling with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts and no call requirements, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality perioperative care within a well-supported surgical environment.

CRNAs will work within a modern operating suite supported by experienced registered nurses and surgical technologists, contributing to safe, efficient patient care from pre-anesthesia evaluation through postoperative recovery.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Michigan RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• AANA Board Certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Clean malpractice and license history (no exceptions)
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report dated within 30 days
• Willingness to work varied weekday shifts
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
