About the Position

A respected healthcare organization in Novi, Michigan is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing inpatient anesthesia care team. This permanent opportunity offers a collaborative hospital-based environment where CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.

Providers will administer anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and procedural cases while performing comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments, developing individualized anesthesia plans, and monitoring patients throughout the perioperative process.

This position offers a flexible self-scheduling model, allowing providers to choose from 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts while maintaining a 40-hour workweek, supporting work-life balance while practicing in a dynamic clinical setting.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Michigan RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• NBCRNA certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Must specify total years of CRNA experience (RN and training years not included)
• DEA license (required prior to start)
• CSR/CDS certification (required prior to start)
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and on-call coverage
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
