About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time position in Dearborn, Michigan. This role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality anesthesia care across a wide range of ambulatory surgical procedures, including orthopedics, urology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and create individualized anesthesia care plans

• Administer anesthesia: general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications

• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management

• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards

• Manage patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations

• Provide airway management and anesthesia support across multiple ambulatory sites

Requirements

• Board-Certified CRNA with at least 2 years of CRNA experience (excluding RN or training)

• Active Michigan RN license and required certifications (ACLS, BLS, DEA, CSR/CDS)

• Proven experience in ambulatory anesthesia and perioperative care

• Ability to travel occasionally to other surgical sites as needed

• Clean malpractice and license history

• NPDB Self-Query report within 30 days
