About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a dynamic anesthesia team in an outpatient ambulatory surgery setting. This full-time role provides anesthesia care across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and general surgery.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer anesthesia, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for patients of all ages

Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications

Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
-
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams
-
Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed

Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Requirements
-
Board-Certified CRNA with active credentials
-
Active Michigan RN License (or applicable state license)

Current ACLS and BLS certifications
-
Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (post-training)

Clean malpractice and license history
-
Active DEA and CSR/CDS certifications
-
Proficient in anesthesia for varied surgical specialties

Strong communication and teamwork skills
