About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a dynamic anesthesia team in an outpatient ambulatory surgery setting. This full-time role provides anesthesia care across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and general surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans

  • Administer anesthesia, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for patients of all ages

  • Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications

  • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams

  • Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed

  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requirements

  • Board-Certified CRNA with active credentials

  • Active Michigan RN License (or applicable state license)

  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications

  • Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (post-training)

  • Clean malpractice and license history

  • Active DEA and CSR/CDS certifications

  • Proficient in anesthesia for varied surgical specialties

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
