About the Position

We are seeking a full-time Night Hospitalist to join a well-established inpatient team in Syracuse, NY. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care during 12-hour overnight shifts on a 7-on/7-off rotation.

The Hospitalist will manage admissions, inpatient care, and overnight rounding, collaborating closely with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, safe, and timely patient care. This is a physician-led, supportive environment with strong specialty backup for complex cases.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced physicians in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine seeking a focused nocturnist role with a structured overnight schedule, professional growth opportunities, and a collegial team environment.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 

• NY Medical License or willingness to obtain

• Clean malpractice and license history

• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)

• Minimum experience as a Hospitalist; no fresh graduates accepted

• Strong clinical judgment in acute inpatient settings

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with EPIC EMR or similar electronic documentation systems
