About the Position
An excellent full-time opportunity for an OB/GYN Physician is available within a well-established, community-focused women's health practice. This role offers the chance to provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
The physician will work with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, nurses, and medical assistants. The position supports a balanced schedule with 3–4 clinic days per week, allowing providers to maintain both a strong clinical practice and a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities include providing full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology services, managing gynecologic consultations referred by primary care providers and midwives, and performing a variety of office-based and surgical gynecologic procedures. The physician will also participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries and maintain a consistent surgical schedule with access to modern operating facilities.
The practice includes a birth center environment offering services such as VBAC deliveries, water birth options, nitrous oxide pain management, and 24-hour epidural availability. Physicians provide backup support for midwife-led obstetric care and participate in a manageable shared home-call rotation.
Providers typically see approximately 12–14 patients per clinic day, with an average of three dedicated operating room days per month. The practice emphasizes evidence-based care, clinical autonomy, and long-term professional stability, with a strong reputation for physician satisfaction and low staff turnover.
This role is ideal for physicians seeking a stable permanent position with strong team collaboration, excellent resources, and meaningful patient relationships within a community-centered healthcare environment.
