About the Position

We are actively seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment delivering high-quality anesthesia services across a wide range of specialties. This full-time permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, teamwork, and long-term career stability.

In this role, you will work within a collaborative anesthesia care model, partnering closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care. The environment is designed for efficiency and patient satisfaction, while also supporting providers with strong clinical resources and a balanced schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments

• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Deliver intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics

• Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties

• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications

• Deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management

• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR

• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams

Schedule Highlights

• Full-time day shift schedule

• Late shift rotation ending at 5:00 PM

• No weekends required

• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Required

• NBCRNA Certification – Required

• Active Michigan RN License – Required at time of submission

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Anesthesia – Required

• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience  – Required

• BLS and ACLS Certifications – Required
