About the Position

Exciting locum tenens opportunity for a Gastroenterologist in Plattsburgh, NY! Provide inpatient consults, elective endoscopic procedures, and urgent GI care while working in a collaborative hospital-based environment. Utilize Epic EMR and work alongside APP/NP support to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Shift Timings:
• Flexible coverage: ~1 week per month
• Daily: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (includes procedural and consult duties)
• 24-hour call shifts as scheduled

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist
• Completed Gastroenterology Fellowship
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Comfortable performing endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures
• Experience in inpatient GI consults and collaborative care
