About the Position

A growing ENT division in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, is seeking a Division Director of Otolaryngology (ENT) to provide visionary leadership for clinical, academic, and administrative operations. This role involves delivering high-quality, minimally invasive surgical care, mentoring a team of surgeons and APPs, and driving innovation with robotic surgical platforms. The position also includes fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, supporting research and education initiatives, and ensuring robust surgical volume with guaranteed OR block time.

Shift/Call:

• Shared call schedule supported by APPs and hospitalist team

• OR block time guaranteed from day one

Requirements

• Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology – required

• Active, unrestricted NJ medical license – required

• BLS and ACLS certifications – required

• DEA registration – required

• NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days – required

• CSR/CDS certifications – required

• Documentation of malpractice history – required

• Proof of COVID and flu vaccination compliance – required
