About the Position

A healthcare organization in Plymouth, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a growing outpatient family medicine practice serving a diverse patient population from pediatrics through geriatrics. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions, performing routine procedures, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing comprehensive patient care plans.

The clinic operates as a community-focused outpatient practice with an established team of physicians and advanced practice providers. Physicians will collaborate with clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care, with opportunities to participate in clinical teaching for family medicine residents and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time outpatient schedule

• Clinic-based practice with optional OB involvement

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Active Indiana medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• BLS and ACLS certification

• DEA registration

• COVID vaccination

• Recent NPDB Self Query Report

• Experience treating patients across all age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics)
