About the Position

A healthcare organization in Saginaw, Michigan is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology-Oncology physicians to join a well-established multidisciplinary cancer care team. The role provides full-scope oncology and hematology care, managing approximately 70% solid tumor cases and 30% hematology, with a practice structure of 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient care. Physicians typically see around 25 patients per clinic day, with inpatient volumes averaging 5–10 patients.

The cancer center provides comprehensive, integrated oncology services including infusion therapy, advanced radiation technology, and specialized cancer programs. Physicians will work closely with dedicated clinical staff including RNs, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers, while also supporting occasional outreach at satellite clinics and participating in collaborative care within a multidisciplinary environment.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Shared call rotation with inpatient coverage

• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology

• Active Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• DEA registration prior to start

• CSR/CDS certification prior to start

• Recent NPDB Self Query Report
