Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting salary from $265,000 annually with annual increases

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide neonatology care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43 beds, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26 beds, ADC 14)
  • Manage complex neonatal cases using HFOV, jet ventilators, and other advanced support tools
  • Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and hospital staff in a private practice setting
  • Offer comprehensive care including ventilator management, patient assessments, and treatment planning
  • Support and communicate with NNPs and hospital team on a 24/7 basis
  • Contribute to outpatient and inpatient neonatal services, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
  • Participate in hospital protocols and community health initiatives

What You Need:

  • BC/BE in Neonatology
  • Oklahoma medical license or eligible for licensure
  • Excellent clinical skills and teamwork orientation
  • Ability to thrive in a collegial, community-oriented environment
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
