Pay & Benefits

• Pay Package: Competitive base salary between $257,000–$286,000 annually
• Additional Compensation: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, productivity bonuses based on wRVUs, and student loan repayment assistance of up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)
• Relocation: Eligible candidates may receive relocation assistance

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to a diverse patient population
• Conduct outpatient care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Manage and follow a panel of patients with ongoing, continuity care
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led team
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with colleagues
• Support the development and implementation of patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth’s mission
• Utilize nearby lab and imaging services for fully integrated care
• Contribute to quality improvement and health promotion initiatives in the community

What You Need

Required:

• Valid medical license or eligibility in Colorado
• Completion of Family Medicine residency (board-eligible or Board-certified)
• Ability to obtain or maintain provider credentialing with UCHealth

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient primary care
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Commitment to community health and preventative care
