• Advanced cardiac cases include CABG, valves, TAVR, VAD/Impella, structural heart interventions
• TEE cert preferred, fellowship-trained/experience adult cardiac anesthesiologists strongly preferred
• $625k base salary + $50k cardiac stipend, plus sign-on bonus, loan repayment, and call pay
• High-volume, collaborative cardiac program at WellSpan Health/York Hospital (?90% cardiac case mix)
• Flexible medical direction model with opportunity for both supervision & hands-on case participation
