Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology

• Fellowship Trained with demonstrable experience in Hematology & Oncology

• Active IA License or IMLC privileges

• Clean malpractice history with recent Self-Query NPDB

• Willingness to cover multiple sites as needed

• Experienced in managing both inpatient and outpatient care, including telehealth

• Strong patient assessment and chemotherapy management skills
