Requirements

• Board-certified Physician in Radiation Oncology

• Active Ohio license (or ability to obtain)

• BLS certification

• Experience with conventional radiotherapy, 3D radiotherapy, external beam radiation, and stereotactic treatments

• Ability to order tests, prescribe treatment plans, and manage outpatient and hospital-based patients

• Current Self-Query NPDB report
