Requirements

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NCC) – required

• Active Oregon license highly preferred (candidates with license in hand prioritized)

• Experience providing advanced care in NICU or high-risk neonatal settings

• Strong clinical skills in intubation, central line placement, and neonatal resuscitation

• Ability to handle complex cases and work independently during on-call periods

• Must submit current NPDB report
