About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Pathologist for a short-term locum opportunity in Syracuse, New York. This role offers hands-on experience in a hospital-based pathology lab with full involvement in surgical pathology, cytology, and frozen section analysis.

Key Details:

• Duration: 3–6 months

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

• Call: None

• Volume: ~13,000 surgical specimens & ~3,000 cytology specimens/year

• Certification: AP Board Certified (required)

• License: Active NY State license required

• Credentialing: Estimated 40–45 days

• Compensation: Submit at your best daily rate

Requirements

• AP Board Certification

• Active New York State medical license

• Current Self-Query NPDB report (within 30 days)
