Requirements

• Board-Certified in Anesthesiology with Cardiac Fellowship

• TEE Certification (Required)

• Active WA License or IMLC at time of submission

• BLS, ACLS, DEA Certifications

• Proven expertise in cardiac anesthesia including CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, and electrophysiology procedures
