Requirements

• Board-Certified in Neurological Surgery

• Active Colorado Medical License or IMLC Letter of Qualification

• Proven expertise in trauma, spine, and neuro-critical care procedures

• Experience with Level I trauma center cases

• Active DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications preferred

• Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days at time of application
