What You’ll Do

  • Provide Urology care as the sole specialist on call, with APP backup support.
  • Conduct clinic visits 10-12 days per month, including outpatient procedures and consultations.
  • Manage scheduled OR procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and bladder interventions.
  • Support and care for patients with a wide range of urological conditions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide post-procedure follow-up when on call.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols regarding patient care.

What You Need

  • Active medical license in Washington State
  • Board-certification or eligibility in Urology
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
