What You’ll Do
- Provide Urology care as the sole specialist on call, with APP backup support.
- Conduct clinic visits 10-12 days per month, including outpatient procedures and consultations.
- Manage scheduled OR procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and bladder interventions.
- Support and care for patients with a wide range of urological conditions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide post-procedure follow-up when on call.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols regarding patient care.
What You Need
- Active medical license in Washington State
- Board-certification or eligibility in Urology
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and clinical skills
