Job Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services

• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions

• Perform preventive care and wellness visits

• Work collaboratively with APPs

• Participate in shared call rotation

Requirements

📋 Requirements (Documents Required at Presentation)

• Board Certified in Family Medicine OR Dual BC in IM/Peds

• If Truly Board Eligible:

  • Years since eligibility (1–5 years required)

  • Timeline to obtain Board Certification

  • How far from graduation (1–2 years, etc.)

• Active NY License (or willing to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience

• Clean malpractice and licensing history

• NPDB Self Query (within 30 days)

• Not accepting Locums candidates

• Not open to Visa candidates

• Cannot clear local candidates within 30 miles
