About the Position

Position Overview

A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Saratoga Springs, NY is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages.

This is a clinic-based opportunity offering flexible scheduling, light call, teaching opportunities, and a collaborative team model.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care

• Maintain 34 hours of direct patient care weekly

• Average 18–24 patients per day

• Participate in low-frequency phone-only call

• Provide occasional telemedicine coverage

• Collaborate with APPs

• Participate in teaching opportunities

Working Hours

• 40-hour work week

• 4- or 5-day schedule options

• Light call with RN triage support

Skills

• Strong outpatient clinical skills

• Efficient patient management

• Team-based care collaboration

• Interest in mentorship and teaching

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligible for NY medical license

• DEA and ACLS by start date

• Not accepting visa candidates

• Not open to Locums or 1099

Requirements
