About the Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for a locum opportunity in Ontario, Oregon at a 49-bed acute care hospital with a Level IV Trauma designation. The provider will support a Level II NICU, managing admissions, rounding and discharges, attending high-risk deliveries, and performing procedures including intubation and UVC line placement.

This role involves 24-hour call coverage with rounding responsibilities and collaboration within an integrated regional trauma and emergency care network. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR and maintains a structured credentialing process (approx. 90 days).

Shift Timings:

• 24-hour call coverage
• July 16 (8a) – July 19 (8a) required
• Additional dates may be available
• Weekend coverage as scheduled

Requirements

• Board Certified NCC – REQUIRED
• Active Oregon NP License (license in hand highly preferred)
• Ability to cover required July dates
• Recent NPDB report (within 30 days)
• BLS Certification
• Experience in Level II NICU settings
• Proficiency with intubation and UVC line placement
