Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Up to $469,000 - $520,000 annually (based on FTE)
  • Starting Bonus: $20,000
  • Additional Income: Extra shifts available

What You'll Do

  • Provide anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical procedures, including trauma, obstetrics, spine, general, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal surgeries
  • Deliver patient-centered anesthesia services in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in equitable call rotations supporting work-life balance
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, education, and professionalism
  • Support the mission to enhance lives through innovative and excellent care
  • Engage in mentorship and optional leadership/teaching roles

What You Need

  • Required:
    • Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
    • Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology
    • 2+ years of anesthesia experience in a high-acuity setting
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in trauma, OB, or complex surgeries
    • Ability to practice in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment
