About the Position

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Eligible (within 5 years) or Board-Certified General Anesthesiologist for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

This position offers the opportunity to join a highly collaborative, physician-led anesthesia team practicing across multiple care settings with a diverse and dynamic case mix.

Assignment Details

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Schedule: Full-time clinical schedule with flexible FTE options

• Call: Shared, manageable weekend and call rotation

• Practice Model: Employed, physician-led

Practice Environment

• Collaborative team of 50+ anesthesiologists

• Practice across:

  • Level I Trauma Center

  • Level III Trauma Center

  • Outpatient Surgical Center

• Inpatient and outpatient anesthesia coverage

• Strong multidisciplinary collaboration with surgeons, APPs, and nursing teams

Case Mix Includes

• High-acuity trauma

• Obstetrics (OB)

• Major spine procedures

• General surgery

• Vascular surgery

• Thoracic surgery

• Orthopedics

• ENT

• Gynecology

• Urology

• Gastrointestinal procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care

• Participate in equitable call rotation

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Maintain and expand procedural expertise

• Optional involvement in leadership and teaching opportunities

• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and excellence

Requirements

Qualifications

• Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology – Required

• Colorado Medical License (or willing to obtain) – Required

• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required

• ACLS & BLS – Required
