About the Position

Join a collaborative, physician-led anesthesia team delivering high-acuity, diverse case coverage across multiple facilities in one of Colorado’s most desirable mountain communities.

• Position: Permanent – General Anesthesiologist

• Schedule: Full-time clinical schedule with flexible FTE options

• Call: Shared, equitable rotation (manageable frequency)

• Practice Model: Employed, physician-led

• Team Size: 50+ anesthesiologists

• Settings Include:

  • Level I Trauma Center

  • Level III Trauma Center

  • Outpatient Surgery Center

Case Mix Includes:

• High-acuity trauma

• Obstetrics (OB)

• Major spine

• General, vascular & thoracic surgery

• Orthopedics

• ENT

• Gynecology

• Urology

• GI procedures

Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Anesthesiology – REQUIRED

• Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED

• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – REQUIRED

• ACLS & BLS – REQUIRED

• Base Salary: $469,000 – $520,000 annually

• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Up to $30,000 Quality Incentive Bonus
