• CRNA practices independently
• General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up the majority of cases.  
• Active IA CRNA License or Active Compact License
• Clean Malpractice/Background History - [REQUIRED]
