About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support an established anesthesia team in Clinton, Iowa. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, supporting the operating room.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Shift Length: 8 hours

• 40 patient contact hours per week

• Inpatient setting

• Independent CRNA practice

• 4 ORs, 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite

• Average volume: 50–55 cases per week

• EMR: EPIC

Case Mix Includes:

• General Surgery

• Orthopedics

• GI

• Urology

• ENT

• OB
  (No head or heart cases)

This is a great opportunity to collaborate with experienced physicians and a supportive OR team in a well-equipped clinical environment. On-call opportunities available if willing after training.

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA – Required

• Active Iowa CRNA License or Active Compact License – Required

• Clean malpractice and background history – Required

• NPDB report (within last 30–90 days) – Required

• Experienced providers strongly preferred (new graduates may be considered)

• Ability to practice independently

• Strong clinical judgment and anesthesia management skills
