About the Position

🩺 Locum CRNA – Full-Time Hospital-Based Coverage
📍 Job Location: Muskegon

✨ We’re urgently seeking 4 full-time CRNAs to start ASAP for a high-volume, hospital-based anesthesia program. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs who prefer weekday-heavy schedules, diverse cases, and a strong care-team model.

🏥 Facility Setting

• Hospital-based anesthesia department

• Trauma Level II center

• Large, modern surgical platform with multiple ORs and procedure suites

• Medical direction care team model

⏰ Schedule

• Monday–Friday coverage strongly preferred

• Shift options:

  • 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (limited need)

• Full-time commitment required (weekday focus)

Requirements

🧠 Case Mix & Volume

• Average daily surgical cases: 80–100

• 20 Operating Rooms

• 6 Endoscopy Suites

• 3 Minor Procedure Rooms

• Case types include:

  • Orthopedics & ortho trauma

  • GI & Endo

  • Vascular

  • GYN

  • Neuro

  • ENT

  • Robotics

  • Acute trauma

  • Healthy pediatrics (must be comfortable with peds)

• Broad mix of general and complex cases across all age groups

• EMR: Epic

• Supportive anesthesia team

✈️ Travel Support

• Flights covered

• Lodging support available within set limits

• Rental car or mileage reimbursement available

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA

• Active Michigan license or IMLC LOQ

• Availability for full-time coverage (minimum 3 full weeks/month)

• Clean background and malpractice history

• NPDB self-query required
