🧬 Permanent Staff MD – Oncology (Part-Time)
📍 Job Location: Brattleboro

✨ We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Physician (MD) to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer care team in a community-based outpatient clinic. This part-time permanent role is ideal for physicians looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining excellent work–life balance.

🏥 Facility Setting

  • Outpatient oncology clinic within a community hospital environment

  • Multidisciplinary cancer program serving a regional patient population

  • Patient-centered, personalized cancer care model

👨‍⚕️ Role Highlights

  • Diagnose, stage, and manage a wide range of cancers

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, radiation coordination)

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed

  • Manage treatment-related side effects and provide supportive care

  • Educate and counsel patients and families throughout the cancer journey

  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, radiologists, oncology nurses, NPs, and navigators

  • Participate in clinical trials, research initiatives, and quality improvement projects

  • Mentor and support clinical staff and contribute to departmental growth

✅ Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology

  • Active Vermont medical license (prior to start)
